Who We Are. . .
Our Program offers a M.A. in Training and Development and a M.A. in Human Performance Improvement on both on our campuses and fully online. We also offer several Graduate Certificates in E Learning, Performance Improvement, Instructional Design, and Online Teaching. All courses are taught by industry experts who are either full time faculty or highly qualified adjuncts who combine practice with expertise.
