George Vukotich, Ph.D. Program Chair
George has taught at University of Chicago, Loyola, Dominican and the Chicago School of Psychology in addition to working in OD and Training for several major organizations including Navistar, Amoco, and Accenture. His areas of focus are training strategy, organization development and knowledge management.
Vince teaches courses in e learning, learning theory, and instructional design. He has extensive industry experience, most recently with Hewitt and associates. Hi research interests are assessment in higher education, reflection & psychological empowerment, and social justice.
Kathleen Iverson, Ph.D.
Kathy teaches courses in e learning, instructional design and delivery, and evaluation and ROI. She has worked in training and organization development Hilton, Marriott, and Hotel Sofitel. Her publications include books on human resource management and e learning and articles and research that focus on evaluation, e learning, and social justice. To learn more, visit her website.
In her role as coordinator Tara works with students from the time they apply to the program to the time they graduate to assure they meet their academic goals. Having graduated from the program she is familiar with the coursework and is able to advise students as to the best course of action in completing the certificate or degree. Her areas of interest include organization development and human performance improvement. She is currently a member of The American Society for Training and Development and International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
